Boost Control Delay

This is the Delay Time between meeting all of the conditions for closed loop, and for it to actually begin correcting the output. This delay is to ensure that the boost pressure has stabilised before trying to making corrections. Typically around .05 to 2 seconds, and is approx the time to get from the Control Point Offset to the Target.
