Sometimes user profile settings can get corrupted and prevent ECU Manager or ESP from launching correctly.
Download and run this batch file to clear all user profile settings and reset your software installation to defaults.

Note: this zip file contains a batch script that Windows may flag as potentially dangerous. The script is completely safe and only clears the contents of Haltech related directories.
