Fix missing DLL in ICC software.
When loading up the ICC software, if you encounter an error stating that the api-ms-win-crt-heap-l1-1-0.dll is missing. This means there is a Microsoft dependency that is missing and you will need to download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package.
You can download and install the package from the Microsoft website at the following link.
