The Generic Output function allows for a customised output to be configured in the Elite ECU, where that output type is not directly listed in the system.

Enter a name that is to be used for the Generic Output. This name will be used when searching for channels throughout the system.
Select the type of output to be controlled.
Select when the output will be a mapped duty cycle at a fixed frequency. The only Mode available for this signal type is a Table.
Select when the output will be a mapped frequency at a fixed duty cycle. The only Mode available for this signal type is a Table.
Select when the output will be to control a stepper motor. The only Mode available for this signal type is a Table.
Select when the output will be a simple on-off state. The Mode may be selected as Table or Conditions.
Select the method of adjustability for the Generic Output.
Allows up to a 3D table to be created for adjustability of this output.
Allows ECU channel conditions to be configured to enable or disable the output.
Select an available output wire, typically a DPO (Digital Pulsed Output) or Stepper Output that will be connected for the Generic Output.
Available only when Duty Cycle has been configured as the Signal Type. A fixed frequency will be output, and the duty cycle will be mappable.
The frequency to be used on the output. This is dependent on the type of solenoid to be used and this information is provided by the solenoid manufacturer.
Available only when Frequency has been configured as the Signal Type. A fixed duty cycle will be output, with the frequency being mappable.
The duty cycle to be used on the output. This is dependent on the type of device to be controlled and this information is provided by the device manufacturer.
Available when State has been configured as the Signal Type. These settings provide a hysteresis time on a state output to prevent repeated switching between on-off.
When the output has been disabled, it cannot be re-enabled until this amount of time has passed.
When the output has been enabled, it cannot disable until this amount of time has passed.
Selects the number of channels, up to 3, that will be used in the calculation of the output state of your Generic Output.
Select the ECU channel to be used.
A selection of Equal To, Not Equal To, Greater Than, Less Than, Greater Than Or Equal To, Less Than Or Equal To that is to be used.
The value the maths must meet to enable the condition.
Allows conditions to be combined so that multiple conditions must be met to enable the new Generic Output.
This table will appear with the name that has been configured, and allows up to 3D mapping (16x16) of your Generic Output, and can be configured to use any channel in your Elite ECU for the axis. When the Signal Type is set to State, a “0” is used for the Off conditions, and a “1” is used for the On condition.
