Oil Metering Pump

The Oil Metering Pump function allows for control of the stepper motor controlled oil injection system used on some Mazda Rotary engines. This provides a feedback signal to let the ECU know the position of the valve, and a stepper motor output to control the motor.  A 3D table is provided for tuning of the amount of oil to be injected. 



This allows for calibration of the fully closed and fully open positions of the motor.  The voltage can be viewed by monitoring the AVI channel selected for the Feedback Input.

Minimum Voltage - The voltage read by the sensor when the motor has fully closed the valve. This will be considered 0% open.
Maximum Voltage - The voltage read by the sensor when the motor has fully opened the valve. This will be considered 100% open.
