The Oil Metering Pump function allows for control of the stepper motor controlled oil injection system used on some Mazda Rotary engines. This provides a feedback signal to let the Elite ECU know the position of the valve, and a stepper motor output to control the motor. A 3D table is provided for tuning of the amount of oil to be injected.

Select an appropriate input to use for the Brake Pressure Sensor. An AVI (Analogue Voltage Input) should be used.
The stepper motor outputs are the only available selection for this function.
The Mazda stepper motor will use Low Side. (Default = Low Side)
The amount of steps that move the valve from 0% to 100% open. (Default = 200)
The maximum speed in steps per second that the motor can move without loosing track of its position. (Default = 50)
Select when you require the valve to move in the opposite direction. (Default = Disable)
This allows for calibration of the fully closed and fully open positions of the motor. The voltage can be viewed by monitoring the AVI channel selected for the Feedback Input.
The voltage read by the sensor when the motor has fully closed the valve. This will be considered 0% open.
The voltage read by the sensor when the motor has fully opened the valve. This will be considered 100% open.
Typically mapped over 3D with RPM and Engine Load, this table will be position of the valve from 0 to 100%. Low air flow conditions will use small values, and high airflow conditions will use large values. Up to 3D mapping is available.
