Wiring
Options
Output Type - Select if the stepper motor has 4-wires or 6-wires. 4-wire Stepper motors will require the 4 x HBO (Half-Bridge Outputs) be used as the Oil Metering Pump outputs.
Stepper Max Speed - This sets the maximum speed that the stepper motor can operate at. Set too low it will move very slowly. Set to high it can cause skipping and the ECU may lose track of the true position.
Stepper Range - This sets the range that the stepper motor can move. Setting this too low will result in the stepper not opening fully. Setting too high results in high values having no impact, and also a slower calibration process.
Stepper Invert - Enabling this will invert the direction that the stepper motor moves.
Connections
Feedback Input - Select an appropriate input to use for the Feedback. An AVI (Analogue Voltage Input) should be used.
Output - The HBOs must be used if the stepper motor is a 4-wire stepper motor. 4 x DPOs or other outputs may be used if the Stepper Motor has 6 wires.
Drive Type - The Mazda stepper motor will use Low Side.
