Sequential Twin Turbo function page
The Sequential Twin Turbo function is used to control the valves that ensure that twin turbo configurations (such as that found in the FD RX-7 or JZA80 Supra) work safely and efficiently.
Settings
Pre-Control Frequency - Sets the frequency of the Pre-Control Valve
Charge Relief Offset - Sets the RPM that the charge relief valve will open prior to the secondary turbo being enabled for boost delivery. The purpose of this setting is to direct some of the exhaust flow away from the primary turbo to the secondary turbo before the intake flap switches the airflow to the secondary turbo. This helps minimise any boost dips as the engine transitions from the primary to the secondary turbocharger.
