Shock Travel sensors are used to monitor suspension deflection, through shock absorber movement - monitoring even the slightest amount of shock travel or tire shake. This is the common method of tracking suspension and tire performance. Your ECU supports multiple sensor inputs for each wheel, this article covers all inputs.
The main node allows the Shock Travel sensor calibration to be loaded or entered manually. Saved calibrations can be loaded directly into the calibration table by using the 'Load from File' button. Calibrations can be saved to file by using the 'Save to File' button. The calibration unit can be changed in Preferences > Unit Options.
Display
Display Minimum - Sets the travel at which the Shock Travel Number Displays, Gauges and Bars will start.
Display Maximum - Sets the travel at which the Shock Travel Number Displays, Gauges and Bars will end.
Diagnostics
This node allows the enabling of high and low voltage DTCs for the Shock Travel sensor.
A DTC severity can be set for each voltage, which will trigger an Engine Protection level for the relevant setting.
Wiring
This node allows you to assign the input for the Shock Travel sensor.
Travel Sensors use an Analog Input. Any available AVI can be used.
It is recommended to disable the Pull Up.
