Transfer Case Control

Transfer Case Control

The Transfer Case Control function allows for control of the Polaris RZR all-wheel drive system.  This allows vehicle speed control of when the system can switch between 2WD and AWD.

Settings

Engagement

Controls when the transfer control will switch from 2WD to AWD.

Max Speed - When the switch is armed, the vehicle speed must be below this amount before the transition will occur.

Dis-engagement

Controls when the transfer control will switch from AWD to 2WD.

Max Speed - When the switch is dis-armed, the vehicle speed must be below this amount before the transition will occur.

Wiring

Options

Output Enable - Enables an output to a transfer case engagement solenoid, used to switch between 2WD and AWD.

Connections

Output - Select an available output wire, typically a HCO (High Current Output). If unavailable, a DPO (Digital Pulsed Output) or Stepper Output can be used if connected through a Control Relay.

AWD Switch - Select an appropriate input to use for the AWD Switch. An SPI or an AVI (Analogue Voltage Input) can be used.
